Google Workspace Setup

Your @cwiq.io email is hosted on Google Workspace. This gives you access to Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google Meet.

First Login

1. Go to mail.google.com
2. Enter your @cwiq.io email address
3. Enter the temporary password from your welcome email
4. You'll be prompted to set a new password

Change your password immediately

The temporary password must be changed on first login. Choose a strong password (12+ characters, mix of letters, numbers, symbols).

Set Up 2-Factor Authentication

Google may prompt you to enable 2FA. If not, set it up manually:

1. Go to myaccount.google.com/security
2. Under "How you sign in to Google", click 2-Step Verification
3. Follow the setup wizard
4. Recommended: use Google Authenticator or a hardware key

Google Account as SSO Identity

Your Google account is used to sign in to most CWIQ tools via SSO:

• Tailscale — "Sign in with Google"
• Authentik SSO — "Sign in with Google"
• GitLab — via Authentik SSO

You do NOT need separate passwords for these services.
